TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prices All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars, which are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any price change at time of order. Prices are subject to shipping and handling unless noted otherwise. Core charges may apply for certain products. Payment Payments are limited to cash, personal check (providing the funds have cleared MODweekendTM's account first), certified or cashier's check, money order or wire transfers. All merchandise remains the property of MODweekendTM until payment is finalized. Deposits may be required for special order items including those that require fabrication. Shipping All items will be shipped UPS Ground unless prohibited by size or weight, in which case an alternate method will be employed. Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost if required. Returns MODweekendTM is confident you will be happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund providing the stipulations below are met. MODweekendTM will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us beforehand. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items would be buyer's responsibility. No return will be accepted without an invoice number and date of sale. A return authorization number, issued by MODweekendTM, must be clearly marked on your return package. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by MODweekendTM within 30 days of your original receipt of the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Special order items and electrical parts cannot be returned unless they are defective. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless return was caused by our error. Absolutely no refunds on used parts as they are sold "AS IS." Damaged Items MODweekendTM and its suppliers deliver merchandise to carriers suitably protected and packaged. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier, not MODweekendTM. If necessary we will assist you with any claim with the carrier. Guarantee Unless noted otherwise, all MODweekendTM's products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty. MODweekendTM will pass this warranty on to the buyer. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, on any parts used for competition or track events. Additionally, there is no warranty on electrical parts. Buyer shall notify MODweekendTM immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if improper installation, abuse or misuse has caused defect in whole or in part. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested. MODweekendTM is not responsible for labor charges due to incorrect installation or faulty or defective parts. Please inspect items carefully before installation. Product Use Many products sold by MODweekendTM may not be DOT or TUV approved for highway use on public roads. These products are designed for show, off-road, or racing applications only. It is the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles meet all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
